THE ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual Meeting is the Lemann Foundation’s foremost institutional event — a space where Brazil’s most pressing issues take center stage and are debated with depth, courage, and diversity of thought.

More than a celebration of the collective strength of the Leadership Network, the Meeting is a moment for active listening, strategic exchanges, and the construction of pathways to tackle the country’s most urgent social challenges. Here, we look boldly toward the future while not losing sight of past solutions: revisiting achievements such as the Real Plan, SUS (Brazil’s public healthcare system), PIX, and other public innovations as valuable lessons for the steps ahead.

Bringing together over 400 participants from every region of Brazil and across sectors, the event stands as a forum where doers, thinkers, and changemakers connect. Each year, we welcome people who have shaped the nation’s history alongside new voices who are building its next chapters.

It is in this meeting of generations, ideas, and journeys that we reaffirm our commitment to a more just and inclusive Brazil for all.

THE LEADERSHIP NETWORK

The Lemann Foundation’s Leadership Network is a community that connects and strengthens leaders committed to driving social transformation in Brazil. Our purpose is to help build a fairer, more advanced country with real opportunities for all.

Made up of leaders from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and fields of work, the Network fosters powerful connections that expand possibilities for action in spaces of decision-making and influence. We believe that it is through collaboration across differences that concrete solutions emerge for Brazil’s greatest public challenges.
